Returns & Refund Policy

All River Peptides products are sold strictly for laboratory research purposes only. They are not for human or animal consumption, medical use, or any form of therapeutic application.

Return Period

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Due to the sensitive nature of our products, returns are only accepted if the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.

  • The product has been stored correctly according to any storage instructions provided.

  • You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

⚠️ Opened or used products cannot be returned under any circumstances due to contamination and safety risks.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched.
All cancellations incur a processing fee of 5% + £1 per order.

Once your order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and will instead fall under the standard returns policy (if eligible).

Pen & Spray Orders

Pen & Spray products are made to order.
Once a pen or spray order has been moved into the “Processing” stage, it means production has begun and the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Restocking Fee

All approved refunds are subject to a restocking and processing fee of 5% + £1 per order.
This fee covers transaction and administrative costs incurred during order processing and refund handling.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear explanation of the reason for return

  • Photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Once approved, we will provide full return instructions.
Items sent back without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Pen products once moved into Processing

  • Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery

  • Items returned without prior approval

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds (minus the applicable restocking fee) will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
